By accessing and using Botmara's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Botmara's services for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials except as necessary for normal use of the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Rate Limits and Usage

Our services are subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. Excessive use that impacts service performance for other users may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension.

Subscriptions & Billing

Business plans do not include a free trial. Charges begin upon activation of a plan. If you exceed monthly conversation limits on your plan, you may purchase top-ups from the dashboard.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data from the dashboard or by contacting us. We will process deletion within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

WhatsApp Business Compliance

If you use WhatsApp with our service, you must comply with the WhatsApp Business terms, including opt-in, message template policies, and quality ratings. See ourWABA Compliance guide.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any code or content you submit to our service. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property. However, you grant us a limited license to process your submissions to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Botmara or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Botmara has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Modifications

Botmara may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
